The Vase

Back in September around the New Moon in Virgo as I was planning my flower farm I realised I don’t have any proper vases! I had some basic ones, but all one by one broke and my vintage one I got from my husband I knocked off a shelf and it smashed around the time we separated. I wanted to buy one of the gorgeous vases from Lisa @campo_de_flori for ages, but it just wasn’t happening. I’ve been using large mason jars and all of a sudden I felt like I just had to have a proper vase for my flowers. Mason jars served their purpose, but were just not good enough anymore. So, obviously the way I work I knew there must be a message and started thinking what do vases represent to me? To me vase means relationships in your life. They’re there to hold you, to support you. To bring out the best in you. First you allow and embrace energetically: things, habits, ways of thinking… Then they manifest in your reality. Life is a balance of giving and receiving and it’s amazing how many of us don’t feel worthy and / or don’t know how to receive. I was ready for my “vase”. Ready for those loving, supportive relationships that help me grow as a human. So it happened to be my New Moon affirmation. “I am ready to receive.”🙏
Fast forward to a couple of days later, I received a surprise belated birthday present from a friend. The most amazing crystalline glass, Elite collection @krosnoglass vase handmade in my country of birth! I have never owned a vase this beautiful.
I smiled to myself today as I watch my flower garden and anticipate it to be in full bloom by next Full Moon in Virgo and as I remember @jasonstephensonmeditation affirmation that got stuck in my head since I heard it around that New Moon, just a couple of nights before I received my vase.
